Here it is, week six, and I have an update for you on my progress with the Six Week Body Makeover. If you’ve been following along with me since the beginning then you know that so far I’ve dropped 10.5 pounds and 9 inches; today I can add another 3 pounds to that, and 1.5 inches! I think that’s pretty good for a total of 13.5 pounds lost! 🙂

I must say that I absolutely love this program. You get to eat (not starve!), eat often (every 2.5 to 3 hours), and the food tastes wonderful. You eat real food, you learn how to cook, and if you follow the program as it’s written, the weight will just melt off of you. You learn how to exercise efficiently to both burn fat and build muscle, and your energy level goes through the roof.

You learn everything that you need to make healthy lifestyle changes, changes that you can take with you after you have reached your goal weight. Unless you plan on buying pre-made, processed diet food for the rest of your life, you need to learn how to live a healthy lifestyle, which means living with real food.

I have absolutely no qualms at all about recommending this program to you. Of course, it’s always suggested that you check with your doctor before changing your diet or exercise program, however what is exciting about the 6WBMO is that I’ve read about people who have had their doctors tell them that this program is the healthiest they’ve every seen.
