Do you have some last minute Christmas shopping to complete, or perhaps some shopping to do for yourself? Well I’ve recommended quite a few books and authors to you here at Fearless Fat Loss so what I’ve done is put them all together for you in a store that you can access through the “Shop” link in the navigation bar. I’ve not only included the recommendations that I’ve already given you in posts, but also some items that I haven’t written about yet. These are kitchen appliances and gadgets as well as the spices and herbs that I use to season my whole foods.
I’ve also included a category called “Fun Weight Loss Rewards“, which are some fun things that you can put on your list for your rewards (every 5 or 10 pounds that you lose). I really recommend rewarding yourself with something besides food when you reach those small milestones along your journey to your goal weight and fitness level; it helps to keep you going and if you have a lot to lose, it keeps you from getting overwhelmed by looking only at your final goal.
There are also a couple of items that I’ve listed that I do not own yet but would like to, such as the Tanita body fat scale. I’ve looked at these before, did some research on them, and would really like one but haven’t picked one up yet.
