Do you have some body-image baggage that you could stand to drop? Here’s a very good read about releasing body-image baggage, those critical, “weighing you down” thoughts that you may have been carrying around for years. What about declaring your independence on them now and replacing them with some self-love? There’s no better time than today to start loving yourself just as you are. 🙂
Have some emotions you’d like to release but don’t have anyone to talk to? While nothing can replace in person communication or connecting with your own inner guidance system, here’s a Big White Wall where you can anonymously post what you’re feeling, in a creative way! You’ll have to check it out to see what it’s like, but I was pleased to find this through Evan’s post today. This could be a good diversion instead of going for emotional eating.
Are you a female blogger who likes to party? Ok, I’m not talking about the kind of party you think, this is a blog party! I saw this advertised in a great post by Cindy and I thought that it was only for moms, but it’s not – you just have to be a female blogger, and in fact you can participate even if you don’t have a blog.

Would you like some salt with that? You’ve heard me talk about how I don’t eat foods that have added salt – that’s part of the 6wbmo program (all of that salt isn’t necessary and it stalls your weight loss) but now I’ve gotten used to it and I don’t like salty foods.
Well here’s a post by Susan complete with pictures of the icky salt water residue that was left behind after she rinsed the salt off of some pumpkin seeds. The package said “lightly salted” but in her words, they were like “miniature salt licks”! Pumpkin seeds are one of the world’s healthiest foods, but I’ll take mine without the salt. 😉
A New Earth – And last but not least, I want to send out a reminder that Monday night is the second webinar (chapter 2) of A New Earth with Oprah and Eckart Tolle. Last week many of us didn’t get to see the class live (myself included) but it is available online now. I imagine that they will have everything worked out so that all people who tune in will be able to participate live next Monday, 9pm EST.
Every day that goes by I am more convinced that weight loss is less about diet and exercise and more about working on your inner happiness and joy, so if you resonate with Eckhart Tolle’s message, I encourage you to tune in Monday night; I’ll be there, too!
