Ok, here are some fit links and a couple of other worthy notes for your reading enjoyment. The extra notes at the bottom are not related to health and fitness but if you’re a blogger I would be remiss if I didn’t pass along this valuable info to you. Enjoy!
Another Take on The Sprinkle Diet?
You already read my take on The Sprinkle Diet, right? If not, head on over there and check it out, then go ahead and check out Mike’s take on The Sprinkle Diet over on Diet Blog (read the comments, too!) The comment that really caught my eye was from Judy about the book Snake Oil Science by R. Barker Bausell – I’m interested in reading that now.

Want a Motivational Kick?
At the first of the month I dedicated a week to eliminating your excuses here at Fearless Fat Loss. You know what I mean, those excuses you use to avoid moving, getting fit, losing weight, and shaping up. Well here’s a post that’s all about kicking your motivation into high gear, a must read!
Are You Being Selfish?
Check out my guest post over on Home Biz Notes where I’ll share with you how important it is that moms make time for fitness in their daily routine, even though they are working a home based business. But what if you’re not a mom? Hey, the same principle applies – you’re not selfish for making your health and fitness a priority. You’ve got one body and you’re the only one who can take care of it.
Just For Bloggers
Here are the notes I mentioned at the top that aren’t related to health and fitness but will be of great interest to you if you’re a blogger.
Social Media Rockstar Wanna Be?
If you want to learn more about how to use social media to make your way through that wide open west of a blogosphere, there’s a new guy on the frontier who has some things to teach you. His name is Alejandro Reyes and he’s currently offering an 8-week program that will help you get onboard with the whole social media scene and take your blog to the next level.
You can check out all the details of his 8-week course here, watch his video and learn all about i. I actually won one of 3 spots in his program after finding out about his contest at the last minute, how exciting is that! I’m pretty excited about it because I really like how Alejandro comes across, as genuine and sincerely passionate about what he’s doing.
One thing I must add is that this course is only open to 30 people – yesterday there were 22 spots open and at this moment his page shows that there are only 9 left. So see what you think and maybe I’ll see you in the group, I’m really looking forward to it.
Yaro Starak’s Blog Mastermind
Now this is a program that I already have some experience with – 6 months worth of experience! I just graduated from Yaro’s Blog Mastermind program and soon he’ll be opening the doors to another round of eager bloggers who want to learn from the best of the best.
Yaro’s 6-month program covers all the basics of blogging as well as advanced techniques, in fact there is so much information packed into this program that I haven’t completed every single bit yet, and some I am going back over again. So you know what I like the best about the program since I’ve kinda stretched myself a little too thin with projects the last year or so? – once you graduate Blog Mastermind you still have access to all of the course materials – that’s cool with me!
You can download Yaro’s free Blog Profits Blueprint, which will tell you all the bits of the program. I suggest taking a look see if you’re interested in improving your blog and it’s free anyway (the Blueprint, not his program, lol). Oh, and there’s a forum you have access to where you can ask any questions you have – it’s a full out supported program for ya. For myself, I’ve increased my RSS readership substantially over the 6 month course as well as increased traffic and experienced other great improvements, with more to come. 😉Fit Links and More from Fearless Fat Loss
