What are you going to deliberately create this year?
More importantly, what are you going to deliberately create this year with inspired, struggle-free action?
What did you deliberately create last year? Was the action you took struggle-free and fun?
Not sure how to answer that? Here’s how to know what you created last year: look at your results.
If you deliberately created a fit, healthy, sexy body last year then that is exactly the result you are living today.
On the other hand, if you are living in an overweight, feel-bad body, that is the result you created last year. And you may not have even created that body consciously and deliberately, but instead you are operating under unconscious, negative programming that is keeping you in that overweight, feel-bad body.
The Good News
While that might sound like a “bad thing”, it’s really not. The first step in all change begins with awareness, and if you look at the result of what you created last year and you’re not happy with that result (your result = the body you are living in today), that’s a good thing because YOU are the one in the drivers seat!
You see, you are the only one who can create a fit, healthy, sexy body for yourself, and even if you created an overweight, feel-bad body for yourself last year and you don’t feel happy living in it, it’s a powerful awareness when you see that since YOU created that body, YOU can also create something different – you CAN be a 10 in 2010.
You CAN create a fit, healthy, sexy body for yourself this year without struggle if you become a match on the inside to that body you wish to create on the outside. Once you do that, the physical action you take to create that body becomes fun, effortless, struggle-free.
Be A 10 In 2010
This year you can learn how to consciously choose different actions, and that starts with changing your thoughts. Your thoughts create your emotions and when you change your thoughts you are on the path to transformation in your life.
You might feel like you don’t have any control over what you think though, and especially you may feel completely out of control when those overwhelming urges come over you to eat those foods that you believe will keep you in that fat, overweight, bad-feeling body, BUT…all of that can be released.
Can you imagine if today, in order to explain to a friend what it was like in your past to feel that overwhelming urge to eat foods that you knew would sabotage you, that you had to sit and think about it in order to remember that experience?? Where before, it was what you lived everyday so it was easy to talk about.
If you didn’t have that urge for those foods that you believe will keep you fat and you did have the urge to eat foods that you believe will help you shed the fat, then how easy would it be for you to Be A 10 in 2010? How much freedom would you feel from the struggle with food and your weight??

Inspired action comes from within and when you make the inner shift to become an inner match to the fit, healthy, sexy body you wish to live in, then the physical actions you take to create that body become effortless – no motivation is needed. When you have inspired action come from within, nothing can stop you from taking action to create your ideal fit, healthy, sexy body, and when you take that action it’s FUN, Effortless, and Struggle-Free – when you are taking inspired action.
Bottom line, it feels good now and you actually enjoy the journey while creating your ideal body. No More Waiting to feel good until after you lose weight! That’s totally backwards, if you are interested in working with the laws of this Universe we all live in, instead of fighting against them and struggling to make yourself be different, make yourself stay away from certain foods, make yourself stick to your New Year’s Resolution, make yourself change.
