By actively employing daily visualization in your life, visualizing how you want to look and feel after you lose weight, visualizing how you want your body to look and the level of fitness you want to achieve, you will be much more successful in bringing your goal into reality when you inject feeling into it.

When you visualize the outcome you want to achieve, bring up the feelings, the emotions that you expect to feel once you are living in your new body. Are you expecting that you will feel more confident, bursting with energy, happier, joyful, glad to be alive, and looking forward to each day? Do you expect that you will love to go shopping and try on clothes? Think of these scenarios during your visualizations and feel the associated feelings now. Pretend that you are already there, you’ve already achieved your goal, and feel all of those positive feelings.

The stronger the emotions are that you put into your visualizations, the easier it will be to achieve the outcome you desire. Feel those good feelings now, the feelings you associate with being at the finish line with your goal in hand.
