Have you been wanting to make changes to improve your health and fitness, but you are still doing the same things that you’ve been doing all along?

I believe Dr. Phil is a big one for repeating the phrase, “if you keep doing what you’ve been doing, you will keep getting what you’ve been getting”. This is so true, and I’ve been there myself before: thinking about shaping up and losing weight, wanting to lose weight, saying that I will lose weight, while continuing to eat the same foods, and abstaining from exercise.

It is only by making changes in your actions that you will begin to see different results than what you are creating now. Start making changes today and get on the road to better health, increased energy, and a fitter body. Resolve to do something about your dreams once and for all, and start down that path towards achievement, rather than staying stuck in only thinking about it. 😉
