How many times can you make a fresh start and resolve to lose weight once and for all? How many times can you start over with your weight loss program? I say, as many times as it takes! 😉

You’ve never failed until you have completely given up on yourself. As long as you stay in the game and work on discovering what will truly motivate you to get healthy, lose weight, and get fit, you haven’t failed.

You might have tried 10, 20, or 30 times to stick to a healthy eating and exercise plan, only to get sucked back in to food addiction, and the big one – sugar. You might have joined a gym, saying that “this will get me to work out”, and then gone only one time. You know what? I say So What. Today is a new day, it’s your life, and if you want to commit to yourself that you are going to love yourself and treat yourself like you would your own best friend, then you Can Do It. You Can eat healthy, whole foods, you Can get off the sugar, and You Can get moving and exercise. If I can do it, I have full faith that you can, too.

The only one in this life that you can change is yourself. I cannot change you, and you cannot change me. You can change you. You do have the power to raise your level health and wellness, you can release the weight, and you can change your attitude and your thoughts, which is, after all, where it all begins. You Can Do It. 😉
