I have been mentioning visualization a lot lately, and this is because if you choose to apply it to your weight loss goals, it will make things so much easier for you.

When you can truly see, and not only see, but Feel how you look as a fit, trim, healthy, and full-of-energy being, you will bring that result into your life much quicker than if you only work on the physical action of weight loss. While you do still need to apply physical action, adding the visualization will make you a powerhouse with an unending supply of motivation to achieve your goals.

It is important to remember to include the emotional component in your visualizations. When you see yourself in your mind’s eye as you want to be, literally get happy. Bring up the joy and enthusiasm that you expect you will feel by losing weight and achieving your goal. Feel the sense of accomplishment, the happiness, and your raised level of self-esteem.

When you can feel the positive feelings now that you expect achieving your goal will bring you, your visualization will work for you much more effectively. If you do not include that emotional component, visualization is still helpful, however may not be as effective.

as belonging to you,
as already in your possession.
Picture yourself as having already achieved your goal.

Dreams and ideas can cross continents and oceans.
They go anywhere you can go.

What you see is what you get.
