For a while now, you’ve been wanting to make some changes and lose weight. It never really seems like the right time, though. Other things come up, and before you know it, a week, a month, a year has gone by.
Well, now is that time that you’ve been waiting for. Today is that day; the day to make those changes and start losing weight. If you put it off again, how long will it take until you take action?
For myself, I’ve had the challenge of changing the pattern of always wanting to wait until Monday. I still have a struggle with that (i.e.: if I were to eat something that isn’t very healthy, I would feel like I’ve blown it, and want to “start over” on Monday), however I must remember that Monday is just another day, the same as any other day.
No matter what the day is on the calendar, today is a good day to change. Why put off until tomorrow, what you can so readily do today?

Your world today is a living expression
of how you’re using and have used your mind.
It’s something you can change at any time.
Don’t remain a captive to your environment.
Don’t say “If I could, I would,”
say, “If I can, I will.”
You can make changes any time. Why not start today?
