“When we fail to plan, we plan to fail.” This is so true, and so is the opposite: when you have a plan of how you will get there, you are planning for success.
What is your plan for weight loss and achieving a fit, toned body? Do you have nutritious, healthy foods cooked up and at your disposal? Do you have your daily planner scheduled with the times that you will be exercising? Do you know where you will exercise, and what kind of exercise you will be doing? What areas of your body are you pinpointing to tone and strengthen? Have you researched which exercises are the most efficient for your goals?
These are some of the questions that you must ask yourself when you are planning to succeed in the game of weight loss and fitness. We all would like to have our best body, however wishing alone won’t get us there; we must combine our positive thoughts and images with action. When you have a plan for success and you act on it, while also applying the power of your mind and positive thinking, you cannot be stopped. You will achieve success.

Wanting success isn’t sufficient enough to get it.
You have to ask yourself,
“What am I going to do to get the things I want?”
Your problem is how to bridge the gap which exists
between where you are now and the goal you intend to reach.
You cannot fail with a definite step-by-step plan,
because each step carries you along to the next step, like a track.
All you need is the plan, the road map,
and the courage to press on to your destination.
You cannot get lost on a straight road.
