Do you feel like it’s better to just keep eating like you have been because you’re afraid that you could never live without (fill in the blank…) sugar, cheese, fried chicken, bread, chocolate … the list is endless.
Have you been stalling on jumping in and really making those healthy changes in your life in order to lose weight and get fit? Have you tried losing weight before and you are now afraid of failing again?
Fear will stop you before you even get started. While I believe it’s important to choose a healthy weight loss plan, in order for any plan to work, you must apply it and take action. The benefit of jumping in and taking action is that you can overcome your fear through the action.
Once you commit to releasing your excuses, which are likely fueled by your fears, and you take the necessary action, you will find your fears dropping off left and right. Keep pushing through your fears with action to release your fear of failure regarding weight loss.

Do the thing you fear and fear disappears.
Confront your fears, list them, get to know them
and only then will you be able to put them aside and move ahead.
When you face the things that scare you,
you open the door to freedom.
The only thing you have to fear, is fear itself.
