Mirror work to love yourself thin is very powerful. It’s interesting though that so few will DO it.
A simple exercise is to simply stand at the mirror looking in your eyes and say to yourself “I love you”.
Most will not do that but if you do you are taking a step towards loving yourself thin. Why won’t most do that? Several reasons, one being that they do not have the habit of being nice to themselves. Nice in a genuine way.
When you love yourself thin you have an easier time with your weight loss journey.
