Wow, I know how hard it feels to find the positives about yourself when you just can’t stop eating and can’t stop gaining weight. All you can think about is the fact that you used to be thinner AND what food you’re obsessed about eating next!
Your ongoing food and weight struggles cloud your vision so darkly that even the good things in your life don’t seem all that great, right?! Which, when you really think about it, this makes sense because the only way to experience those good things is IN the body you’re living in! And of course, that body goes with you everywhere, doesn’t it.
It’s just not possible to park your body on the curb for even 5 minutes, walk away and feel great without that heavy load you carry, is it. And we’re not talking about only the heavy load of the fat, but especially the heavy load of emotional weight that is tied to the fat.
How do I know all of this? Because I’ve been there! But don’t despair, you don’t have to stay there, just like my coaching clients in The Inner Self Diet™ don’t stay there either. You really CAN break free of that struggle and once you do break free then it will be extremely easy for you to believe that the world is a much better place because you are in it!
