But what about this danger zone that will stop your weight loss success? It would be very good to know what this is, so that you don’t allow it to stop you!

So let’s take a look at…

The Danger Zone that Will Stop Your Weight Loss Success (If You Let It!)

If you are like most people, your first thoughts of what the Danger Zone is (the danger zone that stops you from achieving lasting success with your weight), focus on FOOD.

You immediately think that the danger zone must have to do with either food ingredients, types of foods, how much you are eating or what you are eating. Why do you think this? Because it’s where the majority of the population is focused when it comes to “Why am I fat? Why can’t I stop overeating? It MUST be all about the food!”.

Ok, so now let’s look at the truth: The Danger Zone that will stop you from achieving lasting success with your weight is Your Comfort Zone, and your comfort zone that sabotages you is a part of an F.A.T. Mindset. That is a mindset based in Fear Attracting Thoughts (a match to an overweight body and overeating behaviors!).

Yes! That’s it!

However what’s interesting is that your comfort zone is not even comfortable! Instead, it is full of:

  • Pain.
  • Fear.
  • Frustration.
  • Disappointment.
  • F.A.T. (Fear Attracting Thoughts)

Where is the comfort in any of this? Is there truly any at all? Except for the comfort of knowing what to expect….even though it feels bad, you know what to expect!

So,  day after day, year after year, millions opt to stay in their comfort zone instead of doing the Inner Self steps, which would solve their pain and frustrations with themselves and their weight. Sure, they say they don’t like being overweight, but they persist with the same path of frustration…

Why do they do this (perhaps you are seeing yourself in this!) when it feels so bad? Why stay in such a place when there IS a lasting solution to all of this?

The reason  you continue to opt for your comfort zone is because you know what to expect, and/or you do NOT Believe that you can truly have struggle-free, permanent weight loss.

You do not believe that YOU can feel good, prosper, love your body, feel fantastic, feel good in your own skin, feel unlimited self-confidence, and achieve inner peace.

What If You Don’t Believe?

Ok, then what can you do now? If you are so stuck in your comfort zone of pain, frustration, and disbelief, then how do you ever get out of it?

Well, a first start you can take is to ask yourself the question, “What exactly do I want for myself?” and make a list on paper of what you want.

Then, go through your list and ask yourself the same question for each item on your list, “Do I fully believe and expect that I can have this and that I deserve to have this?”.

If you have any items that you do not believe you deserve and expect to have then ask yourself, “Is it possible that I can change if I get the help of a pro to change my beliefs that are holding me in my comfort zone?”

If you answer Yes to the last question, then you have a way out. You at least believe that you CAN change. (Why would you need the help of a pro to change your beliefs? If you could do that alone then you already would have, yes?)

If you answer No to the last question then ask yourself, “What exactly do I need before I believe that I can change?” Since others have changed by hiring the professional services of a highly skilled mentor and coach, then why can’t you have the same transformation?
