But not me!

Here’s a great question to ask yourself now, if you answered yes to the above questions: What exactly is different for you today?
What exactly has changed at the core of YOU to enable you to stick with your resolution? You see, unless a significant transformation has occurred within you, then unfortunately you stand the greatest chance of flopping out on your New Year’s Resolution by at least January 15. Why? Because it’s not about the food diet or the resolution, it’s about What’s On the Inside of YOU that will either make weight loss the very easiest thing for you to do…. or it will rise up and sabotage you again, just like it always does.
I don’t share this to be a party pooper but instead to bring light to the fact that you CAN make weight loss very very easy to do, once you get yourself in alignment on the inside. But then you wouldn’t need to make a New Year’s Resolution to lose weight!
Listen to today’s podcast and I’ll explain why I personally am not making and New Year’s Resolution to lose weight, and I’ll also share what you’ll need to do to follow through on yours. It’s a very timely show and my wish for you is that you make 2015 the year that you achieve struggle-free weight loss. Struggle-free weight loss is the easiest way to lose weight – there’s no more self-sabotage, no more food drama, no more holding yourself back! Weight loss becomes very very simple when you do it differently than you’ve ever done it before.
And really…..if the years of trying to lose weight with New Year’s Resolutions had worked, then you wouldn’t be making another resolution, would you!
