All change is preceded by awareness, always remember this! Without awareness you cannot change the problem.

Most are missing the mark when it comes to achieving successful weight loss. How’s that? Well, they’re missing the most important ingredient that determines whether or not you’ll succeed and succeed permanently with your weight. That most important ingredient is a weight loss mindset.

If your mind is resistant to weight loss then you don’t have a weight loss mindset. Without a weight loss mindset, weight loss must be a struggle. There’s no way around it.

Why?

Because the MIND leads the body. That’s it! There’s nothing to be done about it, except this one thing: Transform your resistant mindset into a weight loss mindset. Once you get a weight loss mindset then weight loss will become the easiest thing you’ve ever done. My coaching clients in The Inner Self Diet are solid proof of this fact! It’s just how it is: your mindset is 92.8% of the challenge. When your mindset is fat (F.A.T. = Fear Attracting Thoughts) then your body has to be fat.

The Inner and the Outer always match. This is Universal Law and Universal Law is bigger than you, it’s bigger than me, it’s bigger than all of us. You cannot change it, but you can work with it. The way to work with it (if you want to lose weight and keep it off) is to get a weight loss mindset.
