Whatever you do now determines what you will weigh tomorrow. So when you avoid the big problem you have with food and your weight and you keep minimizing it to put it off until tomorrow, that action is creating more overweight for you tomorrow. How will you be able to lose weight and keep it off like that? Make sense?
