What you are doing now in your day-to-day life, meal after meal, step after step, is determining what you will weigh tomorrow.

If you keep putting it off, keep telling yourself that you’ll lose weight on New Year’s day…. well, you already know how that’s gonna shake down, don’t you? Just look at your past results for your answer to that question.

Remember this too: in order to really and truly do this thing you’ve been talking about forever (losing weight and keeping it off), you’re going to need to undergo a core shift within yourself. A core transformation within your Inner Self to be exact.

You see, everyone thinks that food is the problem and that the fat on your body is the problem. This is incorrect. The truth is that the fat on your body and your out-of-control eating are only symptoms of the real problem. It’s THAT problem, the one that lives within you, that must be healed. The good news is that once you heal your Inner Self then you’ll be free of your overeating and overweight. Then your binge eating, yo-yo dieting, and emotional eating will be a thing of the past.

But you must heal your Inner Self to make it drama-free and struggle-free to take action now to live a healthy lifestyle. To stop putting off your weight loss dreams. to stop the struggle. No food diet can fix what made your body fat in the first place. THAT problem is what drives you to keep putting off what you know you need to do to lose weight once and for all. It’s THAT problem that is crying out for healing.
