WHY would you want to change your mindset? Because it’s 92.8% of your problem today if you’re saying you want to lose weight but you’re not doing it. If you’re still binge eating, emotional eating, living addicted to food and consistently procrastinating with the “I’ll start again on Monday” thing that never leads anywhere, then your biggest problem is your own head. How do I know this? Because I’ve done all of that before and more, and it sure doesn’t work! Well, it doesn’t work if you want permanent weight loss.

A weight loss mindset will set you free but you gotta be willing to go for it. Most especially, you’ve gotta be willing to do the proven steps to get it. And really, it shouldn’t be difficult to see that you need a weight loss mindset. What do I mean? Well…. what are the Results you’re getting with your out-of-control eating and overweight problems? Exactly how many more years do you need to keep searching for new food diet tricks until you allow yourself to get The Real Solution that will set you free?

The truth is, we all create our own struggles and weight loss in and of itself is not hard. You just need to follow instructions of a proven system that works. But when you keep doing what you’ve always done and you keep struggling with your weight and you can’t stop binge eating you can’t stop emotional eating and you can’t get it together with food and your weight…. these are all signs that you do not have a weight loss mindset. Doesn’t mean you’re “less than” or anything like that. It just means you haven’t done what works yet.
