So what IS a weight loss mindset?
On today’s show I outlined what a weight loss mindset is by first looking at what it is not.
For most people, they think that a weight loss mindset is simply “positive thinking” however that is far from the truth.
A true and solid weight loss mindset includes several ingredients, one of the most important being that the root of your lifelong food and weight struggles has been healed.
If you have not healed the root of your ongoing food and weight struggles then attempting to sprinkle “positive thinking” on top of that foundation will often result in frustration.
Frustration for the reason that positive thinking will feel unbelievable and false, since you still have a “root” within your Inner Self that does not match the positive thoughts.
