Many are committed to work, above all else, but that commitment comes with the heavy expense of binge eating, stress eating, and obesity, not to mention the healthy complications and diseases that result from the longstanding abuse of food and your body.

But then you could say, “Well JoLynn, I HAVE to put my job first. After all, I’ve gotta make money and support myself!!” and to that I say I agree! However using work as an excuse to avoid healing your emotional eating, binge eating, and food addiction is only an excuse.

You see, you can be fully committed to your profession AND achieve permanent weight loss. But you must be willing to invest in yourself to heal the root of your out-of-control eating that only gets worse the more you work. (wow, that’s a mouthful! But not a mouthful of food, just words…)

Or Maybe You’re Committed to THIS

Maybe you’re committed to short term dieting. Hey, millions are doing the Same Thing right now! The problem with that commitment though, is that it won’t lead to permanent success with your weight. You already know this though – how long can you stick with that food diet you’re trying to do?

However, if you’re in the same boat as  the one third of adults in the USA who are Obese or Overweight then you think that the commitment I’m speaking of is all about what you eat and what kind of exercise you do. Sorry, that’s wrong (and this is why most fail at weight loss!). Diet and exercise is only 7.2% of the solution. If you don’t have the 92.8% of the game won first, then you cannot succeed at achieving permanent weight loss.
