Find out if you’re using any of these 5 excuses keeping you fat and really, keeping your body fat. Because after all, it’s not YOU that is fat, it’s your body that is carrying extra fat. Do keep in mind though, that the excess fat on your body is only a symptom of the real problem. If you only address the symptom of the problem and never heal the root of the problem, you’ll always struggle with your weight.
