Believe it or not, this is a common problem, especially among those who appear to have it all together when it comes to their eating and exercise routines.

But what you don’t know (unless you are that person) is whether or not they are living a struggle-free healthy lifestyle, OR if their life is filled with day-to-day drama, constantly fighting their urge to overeat and binge eat. And then, because they don’t want anyone to know that they have a binge eating problem, they over exercise feverishly, out of fear of gaining weight.

It can be a very frustrating way of life for someone who (to others) looks like they really have their act together, because secretly that person is out of control with their eating. several reasons why you can’t stop eating. Some have to do with the processed food you’re addicted to but even if you eat clean, you’ll still struggle unless you take just a small amount of time and heal what is driving your over eating behaviors.
