A fat mindset will always produce struggle, drama, and fear when it comes to attempting to lose weight and keep it off so the way to go is to get a complete and core weight loss mindset. Once you do that then weight loss becomes struggle-free. This is the result my private coaching clients get from The Inner Self Diet.
