Life is only a struggle if you believe it should be, and your weight is only a struggle when you have the mindset of struggle. That is an F.A.T. Mindset filled with Fear Attracting Thoughts. That mindset = struggle which = fat on the body that you don’t like.
What’s exciting is that when you replace your F.A.T. Mindset with a weight loss mindset then you experience release from the struggle. Then you experience permanent weight loss.
