Food is Everywhere today: you can get it 24 hours a day at the corner convenience store and 24 hour supermarkets. Since food is so plentiful it’s easy to develop a food addiction when you don’t have the tools to cope with the disappointments of life. It’s easy to lean on outside substances  to try to feel better and really… food is “safe”  when it comes to the plethora of addictions you could choose.
