When you hear the word fat do you react with offense as if it’s a four letter word?
Do you commonly look for reasons to be offended?
Have you ever noticed yourself wanting and expecting the world to change to suit you so that you’re never again offended, instead of changing yourself so that YOU like YOU?
Dr. Wayne Dyer says it best: “That which offends you only weakens you. If you’re looking for occasions to be offended, you’ll find them at every turn.”
