Because they’re not.

Your success makes THEM feel bad, but THEY are their problem You are not the problem. So do not stop living struggle-free with food and your weight no matter what. You’ve gotta have the daily practice though, to feed your mind before feeding your body, in order to continue to stay struggle-free with your physical, healthy lifestyle action steps.

Instead, what it means is that I’m not using willpower to force myself to eat a certain way, I’m not fighting myself to work out, I’m not sabotaging my success nor am I fighting food obsessions, emotional eating or binge eating.

Instead, I’m just living a healthy lifestyle, meal after meal, day after day, week after week. It’s no big deal. But this is because I’m using the same step-by-step system I teach my awesome weight loss coaching clients in The Inner Self Diet. That right there is 92.8% of the challenge.
