Getting real with yourself is not about beating yourself up though! It’s about taking full personal responsibility for your results. Get Real with yourself and your results, take full responsibility for yourself, for your eating, and for your weight. If you don’t do this then how will you ever change your results? You won’t be able to because all change is preceded by awareness, and you cannot achieve awareness by staying in your comfort zone.
