3 Myths About Struggle-Free Weight Loss | Free Weight Loss Podcast with Permanent Weight Loss Coach JoLynn Braley | End Emotional Eating, End Binge Eating, Lose Weight Keep It OffIf you’re like the majority of folks who are struggling to stop eating and start losing weight then you believe the 3 myths about struggle-free weight loss. The thing is, as long as you believe the myths, then you cannot live struggle-free weight loss yourself. That’s a bummer!

But why is this true? Why does your belief in the myths stop you from having struggle-free weight loss? Because you won’t be able to lose weight and keep it off as long as it is a big ‘ole struggle for you, and weight loss has to be a struggle for you as long as you believe weight loss is a struggle (hey, that’s one of the myths!).

What I can tell you today is that I am living struggle-free weight loss right now. In fact, in this week’s free weight loss podcast, not only will you myth bust the 3 myths about struggle-free weight loss, you’ll also hear my 10 week weight loss update. It’s pretty cool according to one of my friends I shared my update with on the phone today! She hasn’t seen me in a long time and when I told her what I’d accomplished in just 10 weeks she said, “Wow JoLynn! That’s a lot!”. I said, “Really?” and she said yes.

So that’s cool, and I’m not done yet! And, if you never heard about my own struggles with hiding behind the fat, I do talk about that on this week’s episode too. Additionally, here’s the link to the video I mentioned in the show – the one I did in 2015. You’ll hear on episode #249 that I’ve almost regained the ground I spoke of in that video. I hope you find this inspiring!

What’s most inspiring though is my decision I made on July 24, 2017 to stop hiding behind the fat, to USE the same tools I give to my struggle-free weight loss coaching clients in The Inner Self Diet, and to live my clean-eating healthy lifestyle no matter what. I’ve stuck to my commitment and it really has been (and still is) struggle-free. But the only reason it’s struggle-free is because I’m actually USING the same tools I teach my clients in The Inner Self Diet. Imagine that! Smart move, eh? In the past I was not consistently using my own tools due to my Fat Fears, which you’ll also hear me share during this week’s podcast.

Episode #249 is jam-packed with loads of good stuff! To listen now just scroll down to the player on this page and click the play button now.

Your First Step to Struggle-Free Weight Loss

If you could stop binge eating, end your emotional eating, and kick your food and weight struggles to the curb, does it make sense that you wouldn’t have anything standing in your way of living a healthy lifestyle? Does it make sense that a healthy lifestyle is the only physical solution for permanent weight loss?

If you have already listened to this week’s full weight loss podcast episode then you understand what struggle-free weight loss means. You also heard me share that I’m living my own struggle-free weight loss results now, and this is a result of having the right and healthy Inner Self Programming you need in order to make weight loss struggle-free.

But what about you? What would life be like for you if you could really do the struggle-free weight loss way?

How would you feel emotionally if you could have struggle-free weight loss results? What would that do for you?

If you are serious about finally achieving permanent success with your weight by ending your food and weight struggles once and for all then click here for your first step. But don’t wait – the longer you wait, the easier it is to keep gaining weight. Your brain has a groove (an easy path to continue your overeating behaviors) and these things don’t change unless you make a change. Besides that, this is a limited time offer – spaces are very limited.

This is for you if you’d love to stop wondering why you’re so smart and successful professionally, BUT you can’t stop binge eating and you haven’t been able to succeed with permanent weight loss.  Click here for your first step. (WARNING: This is NOT for you if you are more committed to your comfort zone of struggle, blame, and excuses, than you are committed to breaking free of the drama and achieving the most awesome experience of struggle-free weight loss that lasts.)
