As long as you continue to dodge getting real with YOU, you’ll continue to struggle with your weight. Why? Because there isn’t anyone or anything holding you back from successful weight loss. It’s only you!

The problem this brings up is that this awareness doesn’t mean you know how to fix your food and weight struggles, nor does it mean that you’ll suddenly be able to see your blind spots that are holding you back. Unfortunately you won’t. Why? Because they are blind to you.

This is why working with the right coach is so highly valuable: because when you work with the right Inner Self Diet coach then your coach can share with you those hidden blind spots that you cannot see right now. It’s those hidden blocks that will hold you back until they are revealed, and healed.

But first, you’ve gotta Get REAL with yourself   Get honest with yourself. Take a good hard look at yourself and make the decision that you and your life are worth getting the right coach to help you break free. Because until you do this, it’s just too easy to stay where you are. Unfortunately, the comfort zone of struggle makes it far too easy to cozy up in there and keep on struggling.
