Yes, it’s true! And once you get a weight loss mindset, you won’t need anymore resolutions to lose weight either. It just won’t be a “big deal” for you anymore.

This is exactly how it is for “those people” you’ve seen, or maybe know personally. You know who I mean: “Those People” who can eat just one. They like to exercise. They don’t sabotage themselves, abuse themselves with food, AND they enjoy what they eat! If they want a cookie, they have one.

And still, they are slender and fit. They don’t make New Year’s Resolutions to lose weight!
