One of the reasons you can’t stop stuffing yourself is because your inside matches your outside.

What does this mean? It means that your mindset today is an F.A.T. Mindset and that mindset is a match to the behaviors of overeating and stuffing yourself. No matter what time of year it is!

What’s very exciting about this is it means that you don’t need to find another mainstream diet to force yourself to do on New Years Day.

As it is, forcing yourself to diet and exercise has never worked long term, has it. There’s a reason 95% of dieters fail!

No, instead what it means is that once you get a weight loss mindset then the Holiday Season will be a smooth sailing season for you. Without holiday weight gain!

It also means that even if you eat more than you normally do on Thanksgiving, a weight loss mindset will get you right back to the behaviors that support your slim, slender body. No big deal!

The truth is is that even naturally slender people eat too much and feel stuffed sometimes. But it’s not a natural feeling for them and they quickly return to their healthy living ways. Without any drama or weight gain. But they have the Mindset to support their healthy way of life so that they can sail through the holiday season without fear and without weight gain.

Another reason you can’t stop eating is because you have programmed yourself to behave the way that you do today. You’ve been practicing it for so long now that it’s the easiest thing for you to do!

It’s simply “Who You Are”.

The exciting thing is that you don’t have to continue to be the overweight overeater that you are today. If your Inner Self were programmed to be a slim, slender, sexy YOU then it would be very easy for you to drop the fat and keep it off.
