If you are working towards living a life filled with joy and happiness, which includes your goal of weight loss and living in a healthy, fit body, then you must change your mindset. This includes forgiving yourself for your weight loss failures and gaining weight. Especially if you’ve lost weight and gained weight over and over again (and over and over again!).

How do you get from where you are today to where you want to be? Besides loving yourself as you are now, practicing self-acceptance and self-approval, you will need to take action. What I am proposing is that the more you love yourself today, the easier it will be to take care of your body and your health. You will find that you are naturally motivated to take action, eat healthier foods and get moving.

Loving yourself (and LIKING yourself!) is a natural result of a weight loss mindset. If you are beating yourself up for gaining weight then you currently have an F.A.T. mindset filled with fear attracting thoughts.

Once you have a weight loss mindset then you’ll have an easy time of losing weight and keeping it off. No more weight gains needed!
