Are you someone who really wants to lose weight, you’re unhappy being overweight, but you just can’t stop eating?

You don’t want to be overweight, you want to stop eating when you aren’t hungry, you want to stop binging and stuffing yourself, but you keep on doing it. What are you supposed to do though? Are you doomed to live the rest of your life like this??
I’ve been there myself, and let me tell you, I understand and I know that’s it’s just not fun. Of course you don’t want to gain more weight, but you have this uncontrollable urge to eat, eat, eat, and eat more! So what is the answer?
First of all, I don’t believe that forcing yourself to diet, deprive yourself, and over-exercise is the answer. That never worked for me and it certainly never worked for my coaching clients.
I do believe, though, that getting off of and staying away from certain substances makes it a whole lot easier to stop overeating and stop your compulsive eating. But, you already knew that, didn’t you!
Of course you did. In fact that’s nothing new. The problem is, why don’t you DO that? Why aren’t you able to follow through with all of the healthy eating and exercise information you have collected over the years and simply DO what you know how to do?
In the past I would have said that the answer to your overeating would be
Whew! Exhausting isn’t it!
If you want to end that struggle once and for all so that you can easily break free from your ongoing food cravings and food addictions then you must start with your mindset.
Is this easy to do? Yes and no. It’s not easy in the beginning because you do have to “force” yourself to do some things that are very different. I don’t mean that you must force yourself to avoid those foods that cause you to keep on eating. You must instead make a consistent daily effort to take very specific actions to change your Mindset. When you gain momentum after the first few days though, it becomes easier every day.
However it can be extremely hard to attempt to change your mindset all on your own. Why? Because you just cannot “give yourself a good haircut”, meaning that you cannot be objective with you own “stuff”. This is why all high achievers have their own professional coaches and mentors.

If you truly want to move past the craziness of uncontrollable eating (binging), you can do it. You must be willing to give up any and all excuses though, and really go for it. Once you get on the other side and see what it’s like to live without the compulsive need to eat when you aren’t even hungry, you will (hopefully!) never want to go back to your old way of life. It’s just no fun to have that unwanted need to keep eating and stuffing yourself beyond the level of comfort, especially when you aren’t hungry to begin with.
